Azure Cloud Optimization and Monitoring Suite
The visibility layer for cloud and service performance across hybrid environments.
The problem
Cloud and service performance were essentially invisible at the operational level. Alerts existed in silos, dashboards were inconsistent, and there was no shared answer to the question "are things healthy right now?" That made cloud migration decisions harder to defend, and incidents harder to triage.
The approach
Designed and shipped a monitoring and automation suite as a single visibility layer:
- Azure Managed Grafana dashboards consolidating system health, infrastructure performance, and service KPIs across hybrid environments supporting 500+ users.
- Automation runbooks for the recurring operational tasks that did not need a human in the loop.
- Cloud resource policies defining how environments are provisioned, tagged, and governed, so the new visibility was not undermined by drift.
- Data integrity audits across Azure AD, Intune, and Atlassian systems, so the metrics on the dashboards reflect actual state.
The outcome
- The organization's first measurable view of cloud and service performance.
- Shared dashboards that triage decisions, migration decisions, and quarterly reviews now all reference.
- Operational toil reduced by automation runbooks replacing previously manual recurring tasks.
